Failed to open True Cache because the primary database is configured for shared server.
Cause
True Cache is trying to boot using a primary database configured for shared server and this is not supported.
Action
Verify whether the connection string in listener.ora uses SERVER=SHARED or if sqlnet.ora contains USE_DEDICATED_SERVER=on. Set SERVER=DEDICATED in listener.ora connection string. You must disable the shared server configuration in the primary database to use True Cache.
