Data timehouse enabled table supports adding primary key constraint only in ENABLE VALIDATE state.
Cause
An attempt is being made to add a primary key constraint not in ENABLE VALIDATE state on a data timehouse enabled table.
Action
Do not add primary key constraint in a state other than ENABLE VALIDATE on a data timehouse enabled table.
