Task string is being suspended.
Cause
A Recovery Appliance task failed 10 times and is now going into SUSPENDED state. A suspended task will be retried every few days until it successfully completes.
Action
Contact Oracle Support Services if the task remains in SUSPENDED state for more than two weeks.
