The Database In-Memory size cannot be increased.
Cause
Oracle Database In-Memory (Database In-Mmeory) could not be enabled because an invalid value was specified for the initial Database In-Memory size.
Action
Specify a non-zero Database In-Memory size in the initialization inmemory_size parameter.
