Cause
The block size of the system tablespace of the pluggable database to be plugged in did not match the block sizes configured in the container database.
Action
Configure the appropriate cache for the block size of the system tablespace using the DB_nK_CACHE_SIZE parameter (where n is 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32).
