Cause
An attempt was made to plug in a pluggable database (PDB) using an XML file that does not contain the SYSTEM, SYSAUX or undo tablespace specifications.
Action
Check and correct the XML metadata file. If the XML metadata file is missing undo tablespaces, you may need to be regenerate the XML using a more recent patchset.
