Cause
The AS OF keywords were not followed by one of TIMESTAMP, SCN, PERIOD FOR, or SNAPSHOT.
Action
Correct the syntax. After the AS OF keywords, insert TIMESTAMP, SCN, PERIOD FOR, or SNAPSHOT.
