Cause
The PARTITION BY clause of a partitioned outer join contained an invalid expression.
Action
Correct the PARTITON BY clause of the partitioned outer join. There should be no subqueries, and the expressions should only refer to the table reference immediately preceding the PARTITON BY clause.
