VALIDATE keyword not allowed in view constraints
Cause
The view constraint definition included the VALIDATE keyword, which was not allowed. Only NOVALIDATE can be used.
Action
Modify the view constraint definition to either remove VALIDATE or replace it with NOVALIDATE.
