Cause
The fourth argument is either incorrectly specified or is using an unsupported time unit.
Action
Use the fourth argument only when the time unit is YEAR, QUARTER, or WEEK and ensure that it falls within the valid range of 1-12 for YEAR or QUARTER or falls within the valid range of 0-7 for WEEK.
