'move chunk' and 'alter move' commands not supported with Raft replication
Cause
A 'move chunk' or 'alter move' command was issued against a sharding catalog that was configured for Raft replication.
Action
Use 'relocate chunk' instead of 'move chunk' and use 'alter task' instead of 'alter move' for configurations using Raft replication.
