Cause
An attempt was made to import a Multilingual Engine (MLE) module in an MLE environment, or use the module in an MLE call specification, without sufficient privileges on the module.
Action
Obtain the EXECUTE privilege on MLE modules that you do not own before importing them in MLE environments or using them in call specifications.
