Cause
The user who enabled debugging was missing the COLLECT DEBUG INFO privilege on the specified Multilingual Engine (MLE) module.
Action
Grant the COLLECT DEBUG INFO privilege on the MLE module to the debugging user or disable debugpoints for the MLE module before executing code from the MLE module.
