Unable to overwrite raft log for replication unit string
Cause
For the given replication unit, the raft log file cannot be overwritten since logical change records (LCRs) in the file are still required by this shard or some followers.
Action
Check if apply on the shards requiring these LCRs is progressing. If apply is stuck, check the alert log for errors. Fix the errors and restart the replication unit.
