Cause
The operating system call to close or unlink a file that was currently locked by the database failed.
Action
Review the included operating system error message for more information and take corrective action. For example, if the operating system error indicates that the permissions on the file are incorrect, use the operating system command to change the permissions. If you cannot resolve the operating system error, contact Oracle Support.
