ORA-11420
feature_name requires the COMPATIBLE parameter to be version_string or higher.
- feature_name: The formal name of the DGPDB feature.
- version_string: The current value of the COMPATIBLE parameter.
Cause
The target CDB does not have a high enough setting for the COMPATIBLE initialization parameter to support the use of the DGPDB feature.
Action
Choose another container database (CDB) to host the DGPDB, or increase the setting of the COMPATIBLE parameter in the current host CDB.
