feature_name can not be used with Autonomous Database Service.
- feature_name: The formal name of the DGPDB feature.
Cause
An attempt was made to use the DGPDB feature in a session that is connected to an Autonomous Database service.
Action
Choose an non Autonomous Database service to paricipate in the DGPDB feature.
