Cause
An attempt was made to use a per-Pluggable Database Data Guard (DGPDB) on container database that is not capable of participating in a Data Guard per Pluggable Database configuration, such as a logical or snapshot standby.
Action
Only attempt to use the DGPDB feature on a container database that is a regular primary database.
