ORA-12261
Cannot connect to database. Syntax error in Easy Connect connection string string
Cause
A connection to a database or other service was requested using an incorrect Easy Connect connection string.
Action
- Check for mistakes in the connection string that you used.
- Make sure the host, port and service name specified are correct.
- Try enclosing the connect identifier in quote marks.
