Client NOT using TCPS protocol to connect to server
Cause
This error is specific to RADIUS authentication. Any connection other than TCPS between DB Client and DB Server cannot use RADIUS authentication.
Action
Use TCPS between DB Client and DB Server to use RADIUS authenticatien.
