ORA-15003
Disk group "string" is already mounted in another lock name space.
Cause
The disk group could not be mounted by the Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) instance because it was operating in a lockspace that is different from another existing Oracle ASM instance that had already mounted the disk group.
Action
Check the LOCK_NAME_SPACE initialization parameter value, or dismount the disk group from the other Oracle ASM instances.
ORA-15003
