Cause
The ALTER DISKGROUP CHECK command was used to check the internal consistency of disk group metadata. During this check, errors were discovered.
Action
The discovered errors were written to the alert log for the Oracle Automatic Storage Management (ASM) instance. See the alert log for details of the errors.
