Cause
An Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) file name was specified that did not begin with the Oracle ASM prefix character (currently '+'). Oracle ASM uses the prefix to determine that a file specification is in fact an Oracle ASM file.
Action
Correct the file name specification.
