Cause
An attempt to perform a Remote Management Framework (RMF) operation failed because a link between the specified nodes could not be found in the topology.
Action
Verify the topology and nodes are correct. Create a link between the nodes in the specified direction using DBMS_UMF.CREATE_LINK and retry the operation.
