Cause
Fetch archive log (FAL) server rejected a redo gap fetch request from the client. This may have various causes.
Action
Check the alert log on the primary or cascading database. Take the appropriate action to solve the problem. Note that a snapshot standby database is not allowed to cascade redo, even through the FAL server.
