ORA-16070
Parameter string contains an invalid REGISTER attribute value.
Cause
The specified LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n (n = 1...31) parameter value contained a REGISTER attribute that specified an invalid file name template string. If specified, the REGISTER file name template must indicate an operating system-specific file path name including thread and log sequence number substitution directives (%t, %T, %s, %S).
Action
Correct the value for the LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n parameter.
