Database Error Messages

Verify that the configuration file was successfully created. If the DG_BROKER_CONFIG_FILE[1|2] initialization parameters were changed, then check that the file name on disk and the parameter value match, that there is space on the device, and that the proper permissions are granted. For an Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC) database, check that the initialization parameters are set to file locations that are accessible and shared by all instances of the Oracle RAC database.
