ORA-16677
Modification to RedoRoutes property may prevent one or more members from receiving redo data.
Cause
The change to the RedoRoutes property for the specified member may result in some members not receiving redo data. This may happen if another member has a LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameter set to the same or higher value for the PRIORITY attribute.
Action
Use the DGMGRL SHOW CONFIGURATION WHEN PRIMARY IS command for each database that may become a primary database to ensure that all members continue to receive redo data after any role change.

Standby database has the same or higher priority than other members specified in the RedoRoutes group.
Cause
A standby database with the same or higher priority than other members in the group was specified in the RedoRoutes property.
Action
Check the Oracle Data Guard broker log file for the reason for the failure and reissue the command. Ensure that a standby database was not specified to have the same or higher priority than other members in the group for the RedoRoutes property.
