ORA-16860
Cannot remove the local configuration when it references a remote configuration.
Cause
The local configuration could not be removed because it was associated with one or more remote configurations.
Action
First, remove all the remote configurations using the REMOVE CONFIGURATION <config_name> command. Then, retry the remove operation for the local configuration using the REMOVE CONFIGURATION command.
