This standby database was a member of the leading group standby databases protecting the future primary database, or was a member of the trailing group standby databases protecting the original primary database during the rolling database maintenance operation.
Action
This issue will be resolved once all the databases have completed the maintenance operation and the DBMS_ROLLING.FINISH procedure is executed.
