ORA-16886
The RedoCompression property cannot be set to LZO for a member that receives redo data in SYNC or FASTSYNC mode.
Cause
An attempt was made to set the RedoCompression configurable property to LZO when it receives redo data in SYNC or FASTSYNC mode.
Action
Set the RedoCompression configurable property to a value other than LZO and then retry the command.
