ORA-16922
Configuration not ready for Oracle Data Guard per Pluggable Database.
Cause
An Oracle Data Guard per Pluggable Database command was attempted before the configuration was ready for Oracle Data Guard per Pluggable Database. This could be because Golden Gate capture was already running, or the Data Guard per Pluggable Database was not available.
Action
If Golden Gate capture is not running, use the DGMGRL command EDIT CONFIGURATION PREPARE DGPDB command before attempting this operation again. If Golden Gate capture is running, the Data Guard per Pluggable Database feature cannot be used.
