Cause
The number of pluggable databases protected by Oracle Data Guard for pluggable database exceeds the size that can be represented in the response output buffer returned by the server.
Action
Query the names of pluggable databases on the multitenant container database using the SHOW PDBS command. Then, issue the DGMGRL SHOW PLUGGABLE DATABASE command for each pluggable database.
