Cause
An attempt was made to add a listener that is already registered for the specific event type (Logical Transaction ID, PDB Change, or XS Event).
Action
Ensure that the listener being added is not already registered for the respective event type before attempting to add it again. Check the list of registered listeners for duplicates and remove any existing listener if necessary before adding a new one.
