ORA-17382
Replay is disabled because FAILOVER_RETRIES was exceeded
Cause
AC could not reconnect after repeated retries, exceeding the configured value for the Oracle database service attribute FAILOVER_RETRIES.
Action
Check the configured connect URL to make sure it can always land on a good database instance timely, and that the timeout values involved adequately reflect the time it takes for server to bring up backup instances. Also check database server and listener configurations and make sure there is at least one database instance for the service up and running, when replay attempt happens.
