ORA-18723
JDWP is not supported with external authentication.
Cause
The Java Debug Wire Protocol (JDWP) is not supported with external authentication such as KERBEROS, RADIUS and TCPS.
Action
Use O5Logon (username and password) based authentication to use JDWP.
