Cause
The input flag DBMS_AQADM.MOVEQT_LOCALREDEF is specified with a different tablespace.
Action
Either do not specify the DBMS_AQADM.MOVEQT_LOCALREDEF flag if you want to move to a different tablespace or, if you want to move to the same tablespace, do not specify a different tablespace.
