The OCIShardingKey descriptor is not supported by the function OCISessionBegin().
Cause
The descriptor OCIShardingKey was set on a user handle passed to the function OCISessionBegin().
Action
Use the function OCISessionGet() with the descriptor OCIShardingKey.
