Cause
An attempt was made to authenticate a user from an external identity provider to Oracle Database using an invalid PASSWORD_AUTH or TOKEN_AUTH value. This parameter can be found in SQLNET.ORA, TNSNAMES.ORA, or used as part of the connect string.
Action
Specify the correct PASSWORD_AUTH or TOKEN_AUTH value. Refer to the Oracle Database documentation for the allowed values.
