cannot disable Shared Capture Service while there are PDBs still registered to it
Cause
An attempt was made to disable Shared Capture Service while there were pluggable databases (PDBs) registered to it.
Action
Query the CDB_SHARED_CAPTURE_PDBS view from the root container to check which PDBs are still registered and unregister all Extracts from those PDBs.
