ORA-26589
cannot stop Shared Capture Service while there are PDBs still registered to it
Cause
An attempt was made to stop Shared Capture Service while there were pluggable databases (PDBs) registered to it.
Action
Perform one of the following:
- Retry the same command with FORCE argument set to TRUE.
- Check the CBB_SHARED_CAPTURE_PDBS view to see which PDBs are
still registered and unregister all Extracts from those PDBs.
