Found "string" active split rows with the same cloned string Capture "string" in DBA_STREAMS_SPLIT_MERGE
Cause
In DBA_STREAMS_SPLIT_MERGE, for active split rows, the column CLONED_CAPTURE_NAME should be unique. However, multiple rows were found whose ACTION_TYPE column is 'SPLIT', ACTIVE column is 'ACTIVE' and have the same CLONED_CAPTURE_NAME.
