ORA-28102
The OLS, VPD or FGA operation failed because the security policy does not exist.
Cause
The Oracle Label Security (OLS), Virtual Private Database (VPD), or Fine-Grained Audit (FGA) operation on a non-existent security policy failed.
Action
Try the operation on an existing security policy. Check the following database dictionary views to find valid policies for the feature:
- OLS: DBA_SA_POLICIES
- VPD: DBA_POLICIES
- FGA: ALL_AUDIT_POLICIES
