Cause
An attempt was made to drop a Virtual Private Database (VPD) driving context that did not exist. Either the driving context was already removed or the parameter values were incorrect.
Action
Review the existing VPD driving contexts in the DBA_POLICY_CONTEXTS view for valid parameter values and run the statement again.
