Cause
Either an unencrypted data file in an encrypted tablespace or an encrypted data file in an unencrypted tablespace was found. When bringing a tablespace online or opening the database, all data files in an encrypted tablespace must be encrypted, and all data files in an unencrypted tablespace must be unencrypted.
Action
Encrypt all of the data files in the tablespace before resuming the operation.
