Oracle Text index no longer exists or is altered.
Cause
Oracle Text index was either nonexistent, disabled, unusable, incomplete, or was altered in such a way that the automatic index maintenance was no longer applicable.
Action
Ignore this error for background processes because all background processes working on this index will be removed. For foreground processes, retry the operation after fixing the index.
