Cause
An attempt was made to drop a commit SCN-based materialized view log on a table which had direct load/PMOP log entries in sys.sumdelta$ and sys.sumpartlog$.
Action
Refresh the table's dependent materialized views before dropping commit SCN-based materialized view log on the table.
