(MSCGMRG01) The RELATE keyword cannot be specified when the MERGE expression has no dimensions.
Cause
The MERGE expression did not contain dimensions.
Action
Specify a valid MERGE expression or refer to Oracle Database documentation for the correct syntax. Dimensions are required in the MERGE expression when using the RELATE keyword.
