Cannot drop, split or merge hash partition: string
Cause
DBMS_METADATA_DIFF was comparing two tables or indexes partitioned or subpartitioned by hash, and a (sub)partition in the first object was not present in the second object. Partition maintenance operations such as drop, split or merge can only be performed on list or range (sub)partitioned objects.
Action
The difference cannot be eliminated with an SQL ALTER statement.
