ORA-39398

Cause
The Oracle Data Pump dump file was created using a value of TEST_MODE for the export TTS_CLOSURE_CHECK parameter. The Oracle Data Pump dump file was in an inconsistent state and could not be loaded.
Action
Re-create the Oracle Data Pump dump file and specify a value of FULL or ON or OFF for the export TTS_CLOSURE_CHECK parameter.
